Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control and assurance activities from raw material inspection to final product release.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, including supplier quality assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance and quality control team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lead Auditor certification for a specific industry standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Proven ability to implement predictive quality methodologies.
