What You’ll Do

• Maintain a full or part-time clinical caseload (up to 40 hours/week) with 60-minute therapy visits
• Conduct mental health intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning
• Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with DSM-5 standards
• Maintain accurate documentation using our electronic medical record system

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree or PhD/PsyD in a relevant field
• Clinical licensure in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or LP preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling (preferred)
• Strong rapport-building skills and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care
