Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee engineering projects for new product introduction, process optimization, and equipment upgrades.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, including budget and timeline.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards, quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or advanced degree in a related technical or business field
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, AI/ML applications)
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems specific to manufacturing
