Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining accounts
• Updating and maintaining contacts
• Supporting website logins
• Handling general account inquiries
• Assisting clients, both internal and external, via phone and email
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients
• Reviewing conditions supplied for applications
• Various projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Onsite attendance is required
