Agency Service Manager
Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an Agency Service Manager in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving service excellence, and implementing process improvements that
enhance partner satisfaction and retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams,
the Manager ensures that service strategies are executed effectively and aligned with organizational goals. You are expected to have customer service expertise and a strong
operational mindset to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business
growth.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
-Five plus years of successful customer service experience including managing, coaching and motivating customer service teams
-Strong service competencies, business acumen and quality decision making.
-Innovation management, influence and delegation.
-this role is onsite 5 days per week in office
