Join Wiseman McDonald’s on a new journey of beverages as our Beverage Experience Leader (BEL)! McDonald’s is launching all new products that require a knowledgeable mind and skilled hand to assemble. In this role, you will apply your skills in past barista and food service experiences to provide an outstanding product to our customers in a fast and friendly manner. Your attention to detail will ensure high quality beverages are served and a clean space is maintained so that the team can act as efficiently as possible.
Duties:
· Prepare a variety of beverages from Shakes to Lattes to our new Crafted Beverage line that include inclusions, toppings, and specific menu builds.
· Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and sampling beverages during approved day and time frames.
· Be knowledgeable of the product builds and ingredients so that all inquiries can be answered fully and promptly.
· Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures.
· Keep the beverage line clean and organized and replenish stock as needed.
Requirements:
· No previous experience is needed, however experience in food service or specifically as a Barista, or a like position, is recommended.
