Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with design engineering on new product introduction to ensure manufacturability.
• Evaluate and select new manufacturing equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, optimizing production processes
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing process design/simulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or data analysis.
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools or building manufacturing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certified Project Manager (PMP) or experience leading large capital projects.
• Hands-on experience with robotics programming or advanced automation systems beyond PLCs.
