Join our Regional Sales Team at a company disrupting the parking industry!
Join a team transforming the parking industry with the most advanced cloud-native PARCS (Parking Access & Revenue Control System) technology on the market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead all field sales activity in your territory—spending time onsite with customers, building new relationships, and driving adoption of our end-to-end PARCS platform powered by modern AI and hardware.
This role is ideal for a high-energy, consultative seller who thrives in the field and is motivated by shaping the future of mobility and parking operations.
We are seeking candidates who are able to travel throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, and Kansas to effectively meet with and manage accounts in these states
Travel: 80%, expect to be on-site 3-5 days a week.
What You Will Do:
- Own and expand a defined regional territory through proactive, field-based selling and consistent onsite engagement with customers.
- Achieve and exceed quota-driving KPIs, building a healthy pipeline that converts to sustained revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to penetrate and grow share within your territory.
- Develop, manage, and close end-to-end Parking Platform deal sales cycles: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, descope, negotiation, contracting, and handoff to implementation. Parking Platform includes our full ecosystem of parking equipment (PARCS System - Gates, cameras, Kiosks, SaaS software) and digital services (i.e. Express Pay). Anything for a parking garage. It can even include 3rd party for bumpers, painting (stripes), cleaning, etc.
- Structure commercially sound, mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term customer value and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Prospect and generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Conduct onsite visits, virtual meetings, and calls to uncover opportunities and support customer needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent our platform and expand market presence.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas.
- Produce accurate monthly reports covering performance, forecasts, and projected bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date weekly activity and pipeline forecasts.

- Proven outside sales experience selling modern, disruptive technologies—preferably solutions that combine hardware + SaaS
- Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize, and lead multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- High performance mindset with exceptional execution, problem solving, and creativity.
- Proven track record of building lasting customer relationships (internal and external) and collaborating cross-functionally at all levels.
- Data-driven approach to managing pipeline and performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and customer engagement abilities.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development
- College Educated or a Military Background
- Technical aptitude and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce required) plus MS and Google productivity suites.
- Parking industry experience is a plus but not required—we welcome candidates from adjacent sectors (PropTech, access control, security, smart building, mobility, solar, etc.).
Salary:
Base is $80,000+, based on skills and experience level.
OTE is $150,000 or higher! No Cap and accelerators in place.
