Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring timely payments.
• Generate customer invoices, track collections, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Reconcile inventory records and assist with cost of goods sold calculations.
• Prepare basic financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory accounting, including raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Understanding of inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) principles
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with job costing or standard costing methodologies
