Continuous Improvement Leader | Ludington, MI

Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices to sustain improvements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and ROI of CI initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
• Organize and lead Kaizen events and workshops to address specific operational challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to sustainable implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication, training, and change management capabilities

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience applying Design Thinking principles to problem-solving.
