Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and optimize finishing production schedules and workflow.
• Implement and maintain safe working practices and a clean environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finishing processes or equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for finishing operations.
• Monitor and report on finishing department performance metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing finishing department.
• In-depth technical knowledge of various manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., surface treatment, assembly, inspection, packaging).
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage quality control standards and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to optimize production and resolve operational challenges.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience with automated finishing or packaging equipment
• Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing product specifications
