As the Facilities Coordinator, youll play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This hands-on position manages the health and organization of our onsite plant nursery, oversees bulk materials and procurement processes, and ensures our facilities are clean, functional, and prepared for daily team activities. From coordinating material staging to managing maintenance vendors and conducting light repairs, your work will directly support the success of our landscape projects.

Responsibilities for the Facilities Coordinator include:
Direct the daily operations of the onsite nursery to ensure plant health, project alignment, and organized staging of materials;
Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for plants, equipment, and materials to support field crews;
Oversee the tagging, inventorying, and tracking of plants and materials using internal inventory systems;
Manage procurement and coordinate vendor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of high-quality materials;
Load and unload bulk materials and plant shipments, ensuring quality and completeness of each order;
Monitor and maintain all company facilities, coordinating vendor repairs and performing light maintenance tasks;
Set up spaces for team meetings and events, manage supply inventories, and keep shared areas clean and organized;
Lead and support crew members working on facility or nursery-related tasks.
Requirements for the Facilities Coordinator include:
2+ years of experience in a plant nursery or facilities maintenance role;
At least 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management;
Proven ability to guide or direct the work of others;
Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, zero-turn mowers, and loaders;
Strong organizational skills and comfort using technology and inventory systems;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
A valid drivers license and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.as needed;
Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varied weather conditions.
