Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Design, implement, and scale up new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, process control systems, and manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
