Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control devices.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and other industrial control systems for programming and fault finding.
• Conduct equipment testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control circuits.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety standards (e.g., Lockout/Tagout).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with an understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system electrical controls.
• Certifications in specific automation platforms (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
• Experience with vision systems or robotics electrical integration.
