Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

• Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide basic product information and direct complex technical questions to relevant internal teams.
• Proactively communicate production delays or shipping updates to affected customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and tracking.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
• Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills for complex customer issues.
• Demonstrated attention to detail for accurate order entry and documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order management.
• Basic understanding of supply chain logistics or shipping procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or product diagrams.
• Experience in a B2B customer service environment, particularly within industrial sectors.
