Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing operations.
• Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and services, ensuring favorable terms and supplier performance.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs while preventing production delays and stockouts.
• Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations for inbound materials and outbound finished products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement solutions for improved efficiency and resilience.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, material shortages, and logistics challenges, to maintain production continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory, procurement, and production planning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and demand forecasting methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of driving process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ERP module implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP PP/MM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in sustainable sourcing or supply chain ethics
