Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and layout.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation, welding).
• Ability to design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving for manufacturing issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or IIoT implementations.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI).
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration.
