We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to support a high-precision manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation, along with a proven ability to produce accurate components that meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CNC lathe activities to meet production and quality objectives

• Create, update, and maintain CNC lathe programs while keeping accurate records

• Set up CNC lathes to ensure efficient production operations

• Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes independently as required

• Perform in-process inspections to verify accuracy and compliance

• Assist with corrective and preventive actions related to quality concerns

• Immediately report any process, product, or equipment issues

• Properly handle, maintain, and store tooling and equipment

• Maintain documentation in alignment with quality system requirements

• Report maintenance needs or equipment issues promptly

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience

• 5+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience

• 5+ years of CNC lathe programming experience

• 3+ years of blueprint reading experience

• 1–2 years of experience using manufacturing test equipment

• Experience in a high-precision or regulated industry (aerospace preferred)
