Landscape Manager
Landscape Operations Manager (NOT Entry Level) – $65K–$75K + Bonus + Company Vehicle

REQUIRED: Landscaping / Lawn Maintenance / Snow Experience
Applicants without industry experience will not be considered.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the industry, can manage people, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage 20+ employees across multiple crews
- Oversee daily operations (schedule, production, quality, profitability)
- Coordinate with Field Managers to execute jobs efficiently
- Manage materials, equipment, and job logistics
- Handle employee performance, attendance, and accountability
- Resolve customer issues professionally and quickly
- Support crews in the field when needed
- Lead safety, training, and team development
- Manage snow operations during winter (dispatch + crew coordination)
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 5+ years in landscaping / lawn maintenance operations
- 5+ years managing teams (20+ employees preferred)
- Experience with heavy equipment operations, trailers, and job site coordination
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Valid Driver’s License (must meet DOT requirements)
- Ability to work long/flexible hours in peak season
Pay & Benefits
- $65,000 – $75,000/year + performance bonuses
