Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Demonstrated experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
