Hourly pay range: $42-46/hr
Job Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the migration of existing carpark assets from AT&T to TELUS.
• Review dashboards and reports to identify anomalies and investigate discrepancies.
• Work with large data files (Excel, Notepad) and reprocess data through multiple tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot errors, investigate root causes, and document findings thoroughly.
• Adapt to changing business needs, with potential for expanded responsibilities.
• Work onsite in Warren, MI on Tuesday and Wednesday each week (hybrid schedule).
• Maintain core business hours of 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of applicable data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL/database languages with understanding of syntax; Python and JSON are helpful.
• Ability to read and understand system logs, Call Flows, and API Flows for debugging.
• Helpful background in cellular sales or provisioning (e.g., T‑Mobile kiosk) or familiarity with carrier activation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Organized, disciplined, and curious - someone who asks "why?" and digs into errors to find root causes.
