Marketing Ops Assistant | QC, Projects & Content Review

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant who will support the Director of Marketing by helping keep the marketing team organized, efficient, and producing high-quality work.

This role focuses on project coordination, content review, marketing organization, and quality control across campaigns and marketing initiatives. You’ll help ensure marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and ready for publication while keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Help coordinate marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions

• Manage tasks and workflows using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar

• Review marketing content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and brand consistency

• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to help refine and improve captions, email drafts, and marketing copy

• Act as quality control for marketing output before content goes live

• Maintain organized marketing dashboards, spreadsheets, and project tracking

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy

• Organize content libraries, testimonials, marketing assets, and documentation

• Transcribe meetings and create clear summaries and action items

• Help ensure marketing projects stay organized, documented, and on schedule

• Support the team in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

• Understand basic marketing concepts such as campaigns, funnels, email marketing, and social media

• Know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to help refine and improve marketing content

• Have strong editing and proofreading skills

• Are a clear communicator and excellent note-taker

• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-energy, fast-moving environment

• Are proactive and enjoy helping teams stay organized and efficient

Experience with some of the following tools is a plus:

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)

• Trello / Asana / ClickUp

• AI tools such as ChatGPT

• Must be available for collaboration during U.S. Eastern Time hours

• Hourly rate: $8 – $10 per hour depending on experience
