We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team while maintaining a small caseload of 20 clients per week. Position Overview:
As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. You will provide leadership, supervision, and support to our team of therapists while managing a small caseload of 20 clients per week. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills, a passion for mental health, and a commitment to maintaining a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to therapists.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, managing a caseload of 20 clients per week.
- Oversee clinical operations, including documentation review and adherence to practice policies.
- Develop and implement clinical training programs to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Experience managing clinical operations in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health care.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
