Job Training Facilitator
Lander Valley High School, Pathfinder High School, and Lander Middle School
The position of Job Training Facilitator is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the IEP process with specific responsibilities for developing and coordinating a comprehensive transition program and job training program for students with special needs by maintaining liaisons with community businesses and organizations; recruiting presenters; facilitating the development of pre-employment skills; providing information and/or direction to students; and promoting programs with staff, parents, and the local business community.
? Career Development Facilitator Certificate (Preferred)
? ServSafe Certificate (Preferred)
? Valid Driver's License & Evidence of Insurability (Required)
? Experience working with students and/or young adults with disabilities.
? Knowledge and/or experience connecting people with community resources.
? Experience communicating with diverse groups, maintaining confidentiality, and working as part of a team, meeting deadlines and schedules.
? Ability to use various computer programs and other technology.
? Background knowledge of special education (Preferred)
