This role supports enterprise -wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives as part of a collaborative information technology team. The position is responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting a web -based GRC platform, with a strong focus on automation, integration, and continuous compliance monitoring. <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

The role partners closely with security, audit, engineering, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that streamline compliance workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities <\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>

• Administer and enhance an enterprise GRC platform, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Design and implement automated workflows supporting security and compliance processes such as evidence collection, control assessments, and approvals. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Develop and maintain Python -based automation scripts and REST API integrations for data import, export, and synchronization. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Integrate structured data sources (JSON, CSV) and external systems to support reporting and continuous monitoring. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to translate compliance and risk requirements into technical solutions. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Maintain technical documentation, source control repositories, and development artifacts. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Support testing, implementation, and release activities within an Agile development environment. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with third -party vendors regarding platform support, upgrades, and issue resolution. <\/span>

  • Python programming experience (2–3+ years)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience developing automation scripts and RESTful API integrations (1–2+ years)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience working in Agile development environments (1–2+ years)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance concepts (1–2+ years)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with database design and data modeling (2–3+ years)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices <\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Basic programming experience in Java or C#<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem -solving skills <\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills <\/span>

    Preferred Qualifications <\/span>

    • Experience with any Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform <\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Exposure to regulatory or security frameworks (e.g., CJIS, IRS 1075, PCI, or similar)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with automated testing practices <\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with integrating vulnerability, asset, or audit data into centralized platforms <\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
