Project Manager / Program Coordinator

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager / Program Coordinator (Associate Level) for a Contract role with a client in Dearborn, MI . The ideal candidate will have contracting and financial project experience along with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $44/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager / Program Coordinator job responsibilities include:

• Develop project plans, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for technology development and implementation initiatives, leveraging financial and contracting knowledge.

• Drive problem‑solving and continuous improvement by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, contracting teams, finance groups, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Facilitate development efforts by creating efficient processes between internal teams and external technology providers.

• Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and progress with clear and quantitative reporting to stakeholders across multiple teams.

• Ensure all project objectives are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and allocated resources.

• Produce insightful analysis, project reporting, and clear presentation materials for leadership reviews.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project and program delivery.

• Manage technology product goals, forecasts, and strategic alignment with long‑term business objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in contracting and project management .

• Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate cross‑functionally, and maintain alignment between internal/external partners.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and drive outcomes.

• Open to recent graduates with 2–3 years of experience in finance or contracting , who are eager to receive training in program and project management.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
