Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, building systems, and infrastructure.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Manage the facilities budget, including operational expenses and capital expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee and manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility operations and services.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and new equipment installations.
• Optimize utility management, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste disposal.
• Develop and maintain robust emergency preparedness and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), utilities, and industrial equipment support.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and utilize CMMS software.
• Project management experience for facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, building codes).
• Experience with budget management, procurement, and contract negotiation with vendors.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Certification or experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with CAD or BIM software for space planning and facility documentation.
• Experience with advanced CMMS/IWMS implementation or optimization.
