Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, building systems, and infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Manage the facilities budget, including operational expenses and capital expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee and manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility operations and services.
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and new equipment installations.
- Optimize utility management, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste disposal.
- Develop and maintain robust emergency preparedness and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), utilities, and industrial equipment support.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and utilize CMMS software.
- Project management experience for facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, building codes).
- Experience with budget management, procurement, and contract negotiation with vendors.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification or experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency with CAD or BIM software for space planning and facility documentation.
- Experience with advanced CMMS/IWMS implementation or optimization.
