Overview Green Shield is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining a clean and productive warehouse environment. This position has the potential to become full time once we make our move to Greenville Mi.

Your Role:

• Enter and update inventory records in Fishbowl with speed and accuracy
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments in the system
• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory counts, part numbers, and product locations
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation
• Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and report discrepancies or data issues promptly
• Generate reports as needed for warehouse management
• Perform general administrative support tasks related to warehouse data management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Experience with Fishbowl inventory software strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with basic inventory and warehouse terminology
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
