Associate Dentist | Partnership Track |4-Day Work Week

St. Joseph, Michigan • On the Shore of Lake Michigan

Pay: $120,000 - $450,000 per year | Full-Time or Part-Time | In Person

Frontline Source Group is partnering with a growing family dental practice in St. Joseph, Michigan to find their next associate dentist — and future partner. About the Practice: A Growing Family Dental Office

Our client is a growing family dental practice located on the shore of Lake Michigan in beautiful southwest Michigan. Patient-focused and recently expanded with state-of-the-art technology, this practice is the opposite of a mill. It's a 4-doctor, pod-based office with over 10,000 active patients and enough flow to easily support 1–2 additional dentists.

Their loyal patient base consists of many people who are long-time friends of the practice, as well as a steady stream of new patients who come seeking the superior level of dentistry for which the practice has become known.

• The Vibe: Laid-back and pleasant. They overstaff on purpose so you're never stressed.

• The Mix: 50% PPO / 50% Fee-for-Service. A balanced, healthy practice with no dependency on a single insurance source.

• The Patients: Very family-oriented. 25% are under 18. The bread and butter is the 33-year-old mom with kids — think family dentistry at its most rewarding.

• The Leadership: Led by an ex-military doctor (ultra-relaxed, 10 years of service) and a mid-career, family-focused doctor. No ego, no micromanagement — just great dentistry and mutual respect.

• State-of-the-Art Facility: Recently expanded with modern technology, clinical autonomy, and mentorship built into the culture.

The Offer: Built for Growth & Ownership

Our client wants this to be the most competitive offer you see. They're not just hiring an associate — they're looking for a future partner.

Total Compensation

$120,000 - $450,000 per year. $120K guaranteed draw + 30% of production (minus 30% lab fees). Your earnings scale directly with your patient care.

Signing / Relo Bonus

$20,000 to get you settled comfortably. Relocation assistance included.

Schedule

4 days a week (Mon/Wed/Thu + one other day). Saturdays are for hygienists only — unless you want the extra production.

On-Call

One Saturday per month for emergency calls. That's it.

Partnership Track

A defined partnership program. Hit $765K in annual production and you earn your seat at the table. No guessing games, no moving goalposts.

Chair Times

50-minute appointments. No 30-minute factory rotations. Real time with real patients.

Clinical Freedom: No Micro-Managing, Ever

This practice will never ask you to perform a procedure you aren't comfortable with. And if you want to expand into specialty procedures? They'll back you 100%. Your clinical judgment is yours.

• No Production Goals: Production is a byproduct of great care, not the driver. No quotas. Just standards.

• Continuing Education: $2,000/year CE budget (negotiable if it helps you grow). Professional development assistance is a core part of the culture.

• Patient Load: 2–3 hygiene columns (16–24 patients/day) and 8–12 operative patients. They offer treatment — they don't push it.

• Mentorship: Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned pro, the team provides clinical support and mentorship to help you grow.
