Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) across all processes within the value stream.
• Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Ensure smooth flow of products and information throughout the value stream.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to throughput, lead time, and inventory.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration and change management.
• Experience in process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and Kaizen events.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and supply chain dynamics.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and application
• - Proven track record of implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IIoT, AI, automation)
• - Familiarity with supply chain optimization strategies beyond the immediate value stream
• - Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices)
