Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have five or more years of product management experience, with at least three years in a people management capacity overseeing product managers specifically. A deep understanding of financial applications and the domain knowledge that comes with building software in the financial services space is essential. Hands-on experience with NetSuite - either as a practitioner, integrator, or product professional working within or alongside the platform - is required. Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing product teams is a must. Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders is expected. A clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal, is necessary to navigate the complexity of this role.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working specifically on AI or machine learning product initiatives within a financial technology context is highly valued. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business models and the sales cycles that accompany them will be beneficial. A history of contributing to or owning product strategy at an organizational level - beyond individual product ownership - distinguishes the strongest candidates. Experience scaling product teams or navigating organizational change is a plus.

The ability to develop and retain talent is just as important as the ability to ship great product.
Responsibilities
As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
