Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Manage engineering projects focused on process improvement, new product introduction, and equipment integration.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to support operational goals.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation, including budget and timeline oversight.
• Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize production processes and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter).
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT).
