How you’ll contribute

• Execute preventive maintenance routines and facility inspections that keep assets reliable.
• Pinpoint and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Act quickly on maintenance calls and emergencies to reduce downtime.
• Maintain thorough documentation on repairs, diagnostics, and component replacements.
• Assist with equipment setup and teardown for operational changes and events.
• Collaborate with peers to refine processes and strengthen safety culture.
• Follow safety regulations and internal policies with precision.

Background we’re seeking

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical degree a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar.
• Preferred: experience in high pressure die casting environments.
• Preferred: prior work with CNC machines.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient at reading manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Detail-oriented troubleshooter with solid problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Open to flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.
