Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and test new manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Execute repairs and overhauls of complex mechanical components and drive systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including LOTO, during maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete necessary documentation for repairs and parts used.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for machine reliability and performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Commitment to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills or familiarity with PLCs
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
