Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage the flow of materials to support production schedules.
• Analyze operational performance data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse manufacturing teams.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation, IoT, or other Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Prior experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
