Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and customer insights to refine forecast models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to gather input and align demand plans.
• Lead demand review meetings and actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of significant variances, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Manage demand planning parameters within ERP/APO systems to optimize inventory levels and service targets.
• Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning with demand projections and lifecycle management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of statistical forecasting methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM)
• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning for forecasting
• Project management experience in supply chain or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with advanced features or configuration of enterprise forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis)
