o Specialty: OB/GYN o Locations: 3 possible locations o Clinic, Call, or Both: Call o Schedule: 1-2 days required for Proctoring. (Generally, 5 cases prior to beginning coverage) One business day for Orientation and Epic Training (secondary call coverage 7am 7am): February 18th 1st location: 2/9 @ 5pm 2/11 @ 7am 2/26 @ 7am 2/27 @ 7am 3/2 @ 7am 3/4 @ 7am 4/5 @ 7am 4/6 @ 7am 4/13 @ 7am 4/15 @ 7am 4/20 @ 7am 4/22 @ 7am 4/27 @ 7am 4/29 @ 7am 4/30 @ 7am 5/1 @ 7am 2nd location 3/12 3rd location 3/30 or 4/1 Plus, we will have several dates starting in 2025 pending schedule release o Cases/Procedures: Suction D&C Laparoscopy Read NSTs C/Sections Circumcisions (not required) Tubal Ligations o Clinical support: One backup call (traditional OB/GYN). o EMR and Dictation Tools: EPIC/Dragon o Required experience, training, and certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years ACLS, BLS, PALS o Case Logs: Case/patient logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license: Will consider IMLC o Credentialing Timeframe: Typically, 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
