What Youll Do

• Generate and follow up with new sales opportunities
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Build relationships with prospects and current clients
• Cross-sell multiple lines to maximize household value
• Learn agency operations, retention, and book growth strategies

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (preferred if already licensed)
• Coachable, organized, and motivated by growth
